Our Approach

When Browz approached Chic, they were already a trusted name in the beauty space. But stepping into the aesthetics market and launching a new international clinic meant the brand needed to elevate. Not just visually, but strategically.

We began by analysing the current landscape, benchmarking global aesthetic clinics, identifying content gaps, and sharpening the brand narrative to reflect a more elevated, treatment-focused tone. From there, we led a full visual and content refresh.

This included a reintroduction of the Browz team to audiences through new content formats, edits and storytelling styles, designed to build trust, credibility and connection. We created a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with their internal teams and coordinated with digital ads to ensure cohesion across all touchpoints.

Project Results

At the same time, we briefed and activated creators to deliver UGC that felt high-quality, intentional, and aligned with the brand’s new positioning. The result was a steady, strategic shift in perception, with performance to match.
